Ok, so if you don't know what this is, it's an extremely useful tool to create character textures. It allows in-program preview of textures and can save you from multiple trips to the Wii to make sure you have everything right. www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=250568All credit of this program goes to Kyral from smashboards To use this your going to need an ISO of brawl, if any of you don't have it. Just leave a message asking about the easiest way of getting it. (Trust me, you don't want to wait a month to torrent it)

if your using a Cupashed common5.pac, export all your csp's and other files contained within it, and obtain and clean one, then reimport everything. it may seem useless, though if you dont, your common5.pac will corrupt commonly! (or atleast thats what it did to me)

Ok, before I give you any instruction on getting a Brawl ISO, I want you to be aware that there is a slight possibility of a brick, even though most of the program and most of the data doesn't modify any thing that could brick, it has no warranty on your wii. So before I give you any instruction you will not hold me responisible for a brick, correct?

Well as long as you have BootMii and have your NAND backed up, it should be unbrickable. gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=168890 - Here is a page telling you how to softmod a wii. Obviously you don't need to follow all of the steps, but you're going to need to patch your IOS36 and Install a new cIOS. In order for the program i'm about to put a link to, you're going to want to get cIOS Rev. 13 not cIOS Rev. 14 becasue cIOS Rev. 14 has dumping issues. Next you're going to want to make sure you have either about 9 gig's worth of SD cards or 9 gigs worth of flash drives combined. (You can use more than one of each). Now you're going to want to dump your Brawl disc. Here is a link to it: www.tehskeen.com/forums/showpost.php?p=64285&postcount=1Once you have this you're going to end up with three or more .bin files containing the chunks of the Brawl ISO. From this point you're going to move them to a clear folder on your C:/ Drive so that you can use command prompt to combine them. Then when in command prompt you have to use the Change Directory (CD) to locate the folder in which your .bin's are. Then you can type in "Copy b/ (bin0).bin+(bin1).bin+(bin2).bin wii.iso" This should copy all of these and put it into an .ISO. Once you're finished making you .ISO, you can then procede into extracting all the data files with WiiScrubber by right clicking under the partition you wish to extract and extract all of the files in the partition. (This will not have to be done one by one, if you are having trouble figuring out how do to them all, post again in here)

Well, you should do it sometime, it's kind of silly to do major texture hacking w/o a Brawl ISO...

there was a link somewhere on smashboards that led just to the files brawlscape used. check that out if you dont want to do all of that (though it is very useful to have a nand backup)
